What Alignment Looks Like For Me: Alignment means we’re both on the same page about your goals and the type of support you need to move forward. You’re Open to Creative Approaches: I blend various artistic modalities with coaching to help you tap into your creativity and expand your potential. If you're open to exploring creative methods like movement (dance), rhythm (percussion), sound (music), writing (poetry), and presence (theatre), we’ll be in great alignment! PS. If you have no previous artistic experience, you’re ready to check self-judgement at the door because there is not one right way to be creative and having previous artistic experience isn’t even necessary!

What Alignment Doesn’t Look Like: While I’m excited to support those who are ready to grow, alignment also means that I need to be clear about what I can and can’t offer. If any of the following apply, we likely are not the best fit at this time:

Not Open to Creative Methods: If you're looking for a very traditional or strictly by-the-book coaching structure without a creative, holistic approach that integrates life and career, my style may not be a fit for you.

A 60 minute initial onboarding session inclusive of a Learning Style Assessment and/or 🗒️ Creative Leadership Quiz.
(1) 60 minute session per/month utilizing multimodal or intermodal executive coaching techniques for leadership and/or entrepreneurial development.

⏱️ It’s time for a change of PACE!
PACE is customized for established and emerging executives or committed entrepreneurs with limitless lived experience interested in evolving their creative approach to their work. This coaching series is for the leader or go-getter with competing priorities, new challenges that won’t seem to quit, or mountains they just don’t feel like summiting alone anymore who prefers ongoing creative accountability + an extra push to take them to new heights whether or not they identify as a “creative.”
“Working with Elena was an emotionally cathartic experience, unlike any type of therapy and or coaching that I've ever received. What I enjoyed about our sessions was being able to show up in my most vulnerable yet authentic self. I came to her regarding my creative business and wanted to work with someone to help me figure out what I should do next. Not to mention, I was creatively blocked on top of that. STRIDE is a personalized coaching experience personalized for the “creative,” the so-called “not creative,” and everyone stuck in between who has felt a creative pull but maybe never quite acted on it. This coaching series is for the dreamer or visionary who might need to reconnect to or reignite their creativity again or the professional who has felt like their creativity needs to be excavated or unearthed so they can develop a more holistic connection to their selves so they can show up better as an individual in their life or career.
